What is the effect of stone in scrotum on fertility

Male patient did Doppler to testis and its found bilateral stone in scrotum and left varicocele and left testicular calcification , I asked about its effect on infertility

    welcome to DMI . .
    concerning scrotal stones . . they may develop as a sequela to hematomas or inflammatory changes within the scrotum or loose bodies from torsion and infarction of the appendix testis or epididymis.

    generally they are benign and only need regular follow up with no direct effect on fertility .

    we advice you to make semen analysis test to make sure that everything is within normal ranges .
