some help

hi sorry because i’m going to write in english because i don’t have the arabic keyboard,(i’m a man) and i have a problem with my nipples ,they quite big which embarrasses me a lot , but my main worries are it might be an infection or i might have health problem in the future because of them. please i need an answer asap and may be a treatment or something i can do. thanks
