Severe itching in the scrotum

Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings
I’m a man and I am 29 years old, not married, my work of the kind that does not need to move and needs only an intellectual effort
About 8 months ago, appeared mild itching in the scrotum area (under the penis, scrotum and below) and change color part of the head of the penis to open the color of natural color,
Increased itching in the evening, stop after a shower for one day,
I visited a specialist doctor skin diseases of about three months and said it was eczema
He told me that this disease is eczema and gave me the following:
Flocazole 150: for six weeks
Lamazil: ointment every day
Apidone 125: Syrup

He recommended to wear cotton and drying after a shower

I am committed to the treatment and the disease has not changed ended, itching exist, and still color variation exists with the knowledge that the color change moves from one place to another with the presence of places remain as they are

Likely to get married in two months, what is this disease which affects the marriage?
What are the causes and treatment?
