سرطان larg B-cell

انا مصاب بهذا المرض وفِي طور العلاج حاليا، وأثناء قدومي للعلاج لم اسال الدكتور عن حجم الالم … وكل ما اعرف انهم يقولون في ان الورم في بدايته … وكان الطبيب قرر في البداية 8 جرعات … وبعد ثلاث من الجرعات، اجرى أشعة PET/CT وقرر خفظها الى 6 دورات لان نصف الورم قد زال … ولكني اريد معرفة محتوى هذا التقرير لانه لا يوجد لديهم مترجم ليفهمني المحتوى …

Please correlate with clinical at bilateral supraclavicular o smaller in size and decrease metabolic uptake of lymph nodes lymph node is measured 1.0×0.8 right internal mammary nodal stations. Left supraclavicular suvmax 1.63 (previously was 2.2×1.8 cm, suvmax 10.16). are compatible with score 2 according to Deauville-SPs, consistent with complete metabolic response disease. o No other abnormal hypermetabolic lesions in head&neck and in abdomen (below diaphragm) o Bilateral pleural effusion has resolved. o Decrease in amount of pericardial effusion. o calyceal stone in mid pole of right kidney o Both ethmoid and both maxillary sinusitis

He is strongly recommended to remaind hospitalized for continues chemotherapy with R-CHOP every 2 weeks for 8 cycles and PET/CT scan was planed after No.6th cycles of chemotherapy. Also may need to do radiotherapy as adjuvant treatment if necessary. Further treatment will be decided after PETICT result.

تم ان موعد الجرعة القادمة قريب بتاريخ 10/10 والان أعاني من نقص المناعة … وهي حاليا 800 فهل هذا يعني ان الطبيب قد يؤجل الجرعة لهذا السبب.
