انا عمري 30 سنة وعندي ورم في الرئة ( ذو الخلايا الصغيرة ) .
عملت 12 جرعة كيماوي , ممكن اعرف محتوى تقرير الاشعة المقطعية بتاريخ 13 مارس ؟ وهل ممكن اجرى عملية جراحية ؟
التقرير :
A CASE OF INFILTRATIVE MEDIASTINAL MASS

Reduction in the size of previously seen pulmonary nodule in the

anterior segment of left upper lobe which now measures about
1.5 x 0.4 cm .

Asymmetrically small right thoracic cage with almost complete
collapse of right lung

associated with moderate encysted right
pleural effusion & pleural thickening.

Compensatory hyperinflation of the left lung is noted.

There is a residual small soft tissue mass between the ascending
aorta and SVC.

Calcified lymph node is seen in the right hilar region measures
about 1.2 x 1.2cm.

However the bronchial tree is patent in both sides.
Old fractures of the right 5″’, 6″‘ &

7″‘ ribs are noted.
No pneumothorax is seen in the recent examination.

Conclusion :

Compared with the previous examination dated 7/14/2015. there
is reduction in the size of

left pulmonary nodule with stable
other findings suggesting disease regression (partial

response).
