السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
مشكلتى
أعانى منذ سنوات من اعتلال الشبكية السكرى بالعين اليمنى
مما تسبب فى عدم وضوح الرؤية والصعوبة الشديدة فى قيادة السيارة
أجريت ثلاث مرات الكى بالليزر ومنتظم فى زيارة الطبيب
ومنذ أيام عملت أشعة بالصبغة
فلم أفهم من الطبيب شيئا
استفسار من فضلكم
هل هناك أمل فى استعادة الجزء الذى فقد من البصر

التقرير الأول
— مركز سوهاج 29/9/2014
1– lost foveal contour
2– increased central foveal thickness (389um)
3— A thickened membrane ( thickened pvd) separated from the inner retinal layers and shows traction on the fovea . denoting vitreo macular traction
4—Hypo reflective cystic spaces of fluid accumulation denoting cme

1— Preserved normal foveal contour
2– Within normal in the central foveal thickness ( 227um)
3– Mild decreased total macular volume (6.73mm)
4– Decreased in the parafoveal thickness over the laser burns
5– No hypo reflective or hyper reflective lesions

1– Rt eye color and red free fundus examination revealed:
a– Scattered dot and blot hemorrhages
b– Scattered hard exudations
c– Marks of previous laser
2—fluorescein angiography revealed :
a—Hyper fluorescent dots denoting microaneurysm
b– Larg faz
c—late multifocal macular edema

3—lt eye color and red free fundus examination revealed :
a– Hazy cornea
b- Marks of previous laser
4—fluorescein angiography revealed:
a- hyper fluorescent dots denoting microaneurysm
b- larg faz
comment:
moderate npdr with mixed maculopathy اليمنى
moderate npdr with ischemic maculopathy اليسرى
