I Am Healthy 46 Years Old Man . I Had A Surgery For Hyperhidrosis Hands & Feet Sweating in 2011 I Was Fine Until A Year and half ago When I Start Noticing My Breast Getting Large And Soft & my Nipple getting puffy I Did not Know What Was That So I Went To A Clinic&Dr Couldn’t Figure out if That Is A Gynaecomastia That is A Result Of Inflammation From The Surgery or What ?

    Having sugery in 2011 can rarely cause inflamation in 2016 , it is nearly impossible .

    So you need a thorough physical assessment for your symptoms with full medical history , in order to make it possible for your physician to reach correct diagnosis .
