قمت بسحب خزعه لسائل البروستاتا وكانت التقارير كما يالى

تقرير الاشعه الصوتيه

the prostate measured 3cm &2.2cm &3.7cm in its AP , width &height;===

the prostate shows coarse echopattern with no focal lesions or areas of===
calcifications
there is mild increased flow pattern within the prostate with power duplex===
examination sing suggestive chronic prostatitis
normal both seminal vesicles and ejaculatory ducts===
enlarged median lobe of the prostate that narrow bladder neck===
normal urinary bladder with nn masses or stones could be detected===
residual urine after micturation is 3 cc===
=== six cores were taken from different regions the prostate under TRUS===
examination

ده نتيجه التحايل السائل

gross = each biopsy recieved separetly formed of prostatic tissue====
Microscopic = examination of prepard slides from all cores revealed prostatic tissue . ====
the show increased number of prostatic acini with hyperplasia of lining epithelium which is thrown into papillary infoldings . lining epithelial cells are columnar with no detected nucleoli , and evident basal cell hyperplasia . the fibromuscular stroma in between shows hyperplasia as well . stroma shows moderate focal chronic inflammatory cellular infiltrate.
no granulomas , no atypia , no in situ component or malignancy .

diagnosis = benign prostatic hyperplasia ===
no prostatic intraepithelial lesion no malignancy

1- ارجو ترجمه التقريرين مع توضيح الحاله الصحيه بلشرح المفصل لما يحتويه التقريرين ؟؟
2 – هناك تاكيد من الطبيب المعالج بان الالتهاب مزمن بكتيرى فلماذا لم يظهر نوع المكروب فى التحليل ؟؟
