Dear Doctor. Small brown dot neer of the cornea, I am concerned about it because I am using contact lenses the Daily one. You know that I had had a scratch in my eye in 2010 but I dont know wether it appers regardless of contacts.In addtion my opthomistic docor does not mention it to me and did not indicate anything about it

    dear brother ,

    The cornea is the clear covering that is over the iris and pupil. A brown spot on the cornea is generally from a foreign body that needs to be removed, or it may be from rust from a previously removed metallic foreign body.

    may be due to scratch .
